Natural baking mix for bread. The ideal side-to-eat
flour mix for each type of bread and yeast dough, sweet or savory baked goods. Bake to your heart's content dark bread, rolls, pizza, focaccia or raisin bread. Thanks to the properties of "Brot Mix" your rice dough well and the result is amazing.

ingredients:
maize starch, rice flour, lupine protein, dextrose, apple fiber, thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, salt.

Recipe for cooking: ingredients at room temperature:
500 grams Schär bread mix,
10 grams of dry yeast (or 15 grams of fresh yeast),
500 ml of water,
6 grams of oil,
1 teaspoon salt.
Preparation: Mix in a bowl the Schär bread mix with the dry yeast, and then add the water.
If you use fresh yeast, resolve in advance the water and pour this mixture to the flour.
Mix the dough with a plastic spoon and add the salt.
Slowly add the oil.
Knead the dough by hand about 8-10 minutes until a homogeneous mass. You can also use a mixer with dough hooks. Knead the dough on the median power for 4-5 minutes.
Put the dough in a greased and floured loaf pan. smooth top. Cover the loaf pan with a damp kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place (about 30 minutes) until doubled in size.
Place an ovenproof dish with water on the bottom of the oven and preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. The cover leavened bread, with milk, oil, or brush cover the bread with beaten egg. The bread will get a nice golden brown crust after baking.

About 50 minutes, the bread is baked through. Do not open the oven during baking. Remove the bread from the loaf pan and let cool on a rack.

I added no E-numbers in my search list, but 'hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose' is E464

You did choose more than one filter. That's why Schär mix B did match. It doesn't show up if you choose only "no-E-numbers" You did choose more than one filter at the same time. Schär mix B give a match with no milk, no soya, no egg, no wheatstarch, no yeast. In the future we will make better filters to use at the same time. We got now 17+ pure flours and flourmixes without E-numbers.
